Providing for the Consideration of the bill (D.L. 0906) to establish Fair Treatment and Ample Warning
SECTION 1. TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ‘Fair Treatment and Ample Warning Bill of 2009’
SECTION 2. TABLE OF CONTENTS.
The table of contents of this Act is as follows:

SECTION 3. PURPOSE.
To ensure no member of the DOC is unfairly accused of a crime.
SECTION 4. IMMUNITY.
No individual can be punished for an act that isn't defined as a crime.
SECTION 5. EXCEPTIONS.
Obvious acts against the well-being of the alliance, its members or its friends; non-regulated acts may be found to be heinous and punishable if all ministers, the ombudsman and %80 of the alliance agree it was severely unjust to the whole of the DOC; that individual shall be charged; and new legislation regarding those actions shall be created for future prevention of the committed act.
