Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of exess work diligently to produce Coal and Furs as tradable resources for their nation. It is an aggressive country that some say has an itch for war. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The military of exess has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. exess allows its citizens to protest their government but uses a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. exess believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government of exess has no compassion for other people of the world and does not contribute to foreign aid. The government of exess will trade with any other country regardless of ethical consequences.
Military[]
Most children receive military training at the age of 12. it is a separate subject in school and it is one of the most important subjects. because military education it is so important in high school the police will use military tactics (not the weapons) in certain situations. the militia does not make use of military hardware, but does use old APC's and assault weapons (HK36 unlike the military's standard issue rifle the FN SCAR). all people who are receiving military training and police forces can be considered militia's. when militia's are unable to arm themselves they are to contact the nearest military post, everything from military fortress till police checkpoints can be one as long as there are allied military/militia forces at the location with a radio and a holding position can be considered a military post, where they will get the nearest militia arms bunker location and the code to open it. if the militia members have armed themselves they should go to the nearest military command post where they receive orders from command or a general. if command is unable to be reached the local platoon commander has the command till a connection has been established with a general or command.
