The End of Rukunu Celebration is an annual event that celebrates the deletion of Rukunu's nation from the game- April 5th of 2019. Having been removed from the game the same day as Kaznawim, it is safe to conclude that the person(s) responsible were using multiple accounts and/or violated the Terms of Service somehow.
It was a tragic day for the losers over at FTW and aNiMaLz, but the rest of Planet Bob rejoiced in their absence.
