| Ecto Cooler Accords |
The Ecto Cooler Accords was an ODP treaty between the Viridian Entente and the Independent Republic of Orange Nations signed on May 22, 2013. It was upgraded to an MnDoAP on August 15, 2013
Article I - Preamble[]
The Viridian Entente (VE) and The Independent Republic of Orange Nations (IRON), in recognition of their friendship and mutual interest, hereby enter this agreement to cement our camaraderie and provide for our defense, prosperity, and mutual benefit.
Article II - Cooperation[]
VE and IRON hereby agree to cooperate in matters of finance, defense, and intelligence. This includes sharing of relevant intelligence to the other party, as well as the right of intervention in an other party's defensive war.
Article III - Defense[]
VE and IRON agree to defend each other militarily should one find itself directly attacked. The signatories also have the option, but not the obligation, to defend the other when attacked for their intervention in a seperate war, or to assist the other in any offensive war.
Article IV - Cancellation[]
Either signatory may withdraw from these accords after notifying the other signatory. The Ecto cooler Accords will then remain in effect for another 72 hours.
