Draco Altair90 is the ruler of the nation of Dawnfall. He is currently in Ragnarok, and is serving as a Deputy of Technology. He's been in one other alliance, and that is Monos Archein. He has not done many noteworthy things recently, except for his constant pestering of Van Hoo III, and many other members of the RoK Government.

This may seem weird, but it seems like Draco jumps around with alliance jobs a lot, but when he finds something he thinks he should hang onto, he'll do it with great fury. Currently he is serving in the RoK Military at the Rank of Major, and also serving as Deputy of Technology. He also makes appearances in Internal Affairs, Foreign Affairs, and Information. While in Monos Archein, he served as KaitlinK's personal assistant.
