Government
The Committee's first action was to disband what was left of Canada, then use any surplus money to buy land and declare it as a new sovereign nation. They had enough money to buy twenty miles of land, which they named Disparu. Their next action was to purchase infrastructure and soldiers. Unfortunately, they did not have enough money to pay bills after purchasing infrastructure and soldiers. They tried to solve this problem by dismissing soldiers, but the lack of security forces caused anarchy.

When everything was finally solved, thanks to The Democratic Order, the Committee began to set up the new Government and the constitution, which is now called the Bill of Federation.

The Disparu Committee was a committee created by the separatists after the Quebec Referendum of 2006. It was named after the French word for "disappeared" (disparu), since its goal was to find out what's missing on the "Yes" side of the referendum. Its goal at first was to gain the support of everyone in Quebec to the "Yes" side, and later to establish the Government of Disparu and the structure of the new nation. Most people consider Caitlin Darach as the Committee's leader and chairwoman. The members of the Committee usually have a political clout in Disparuean politics.

Creation

The Disparu Committee was created by separatists on the "Yes" side on 21 November 2006, when their side lost the referendum by a small margin. The goal was to gain the support and sympathy of Quebec for the Yes side, and it was composed of both English and French Canadians.

Goals

Support

The Committee's first goal was to gain the support of Quebec, both English and French Canadians, in order to win the next referendum that was going to be held three years later. Since the Committee's members came from all walks of life, they easily gained the support of most Quebeckers. Their goal was also helped by the onset of the Canadian Crisis, since there were no efforts to stop the Committee's work during that time.

Government

When the Committee finally won the 2009 Referendum, they began to work on the structure of the new nation. The Committee was temporarily the Government of the new nation while everything was still being constructed.

Disbandment

On 18 February 2009, the Committee split into three sides, Democratic, Empire and Green, one week before the first elections, in order to form political parties. Pikachurin formed the Democratic Party of Disparu, Cynthia Celeste formed the Empire Party of Disparu, and Erika Gardenia formed the Green Party of Disparu.

Order of the Committee

Today, members of the Disparu Committee can use the suffix "DC" when signing official documents. The original founders have set up a prestigious award called the "Order of the Committee", which is awarded to outstanding citizens of Disparu, and to prestigious people from other nations. These people become honorary members of the Committee, and can use the suffix "OC" when signing official documents.
