Cuatela is a longtime member of the New Pacific Order.
Alliance Dealings[]
Cuatela has been a member of the New Pacific Order since June 27, 2006.
Membership[]
Cuatela was accepted into the New Pacific Order late June 2006. Cuatela quickly made a name for himself by spamming up General Chat and the Victory Bar, getting over 1600 posts in less than a month. As well as his excessive posting, Cuatela showed his ability with graphics by making a large number of User Bars and customized Flags.
Positions within NPO[]
Field Marshal[]
As the Great War raged, Emperor Ivan Moldavi decided to appoint new officers to assist in the coordination of the military. Cuatela was the first appointed.
War Council[]
After the end of the Great War, Cuatela decided to run for War Council, easily attaining the position. He served a month, then resigned just before the elections, refusing reelection due to real life issues. Following his resignation as War Council, he was reinstated as Field Marshal.
Imperial Officer[]
In February 2007, the Emperor combined the Field Marshals with the Liaisons to create the Imperial Officers. Cuatela was first assigned to the Military, but transferred to Media Affairs after a few days, where he worked until mid-May, when an extended absence forced his replacement.
Coordinator[]
Having returned to an active role, Cuatela took on the position of Coordinator of Media Affairs. He served in that role for over a year, then resigned for RL reasons.
Current[]
Cuatela is semi-retired, but is contributing to various projects where scheduling allows.

Cuatela was on the War Council of The Pacific Army, later becoming the Emperor, a position which he held until CN:TE's demise.
After CN:TE's revival, Cuatela helped to reform The Pacific Army, and took the title of Field Marshal, so as to not be confused with the Emperor in CN Standard. Cuatela took a rest under the title of Arbiter, but resumed the title of Field Marshal after RL intervened. Due to severe inactivity and lack of interest, the members of the Pacific Army disbanded and returned to CN Standard, where their interests could be more focused.
City Empires[]
Cuatela helped in the initial formation of Pacifica, which culminated in his appointment as the Imperial Officer of Internal Affairs, a position he held until Pacifica left the game in late May 2008.
After Pacifica left CE, Cuatela formed Aletauca with several former members of Pacifica. However, Aletauca disbanded after the majority of its members left City Empires due to a lack of confidence in the game's creator.
