Cruise Missiles cost at least $4,000. You need at least 15 levels of technology. The missiles can destroy 10 tanks, 10 levels of infrastructure. The cost to maintain a missle is $150, the cost triples after you buy 50 missles. Purchasing satellite improvements increases cruise missile effectiveness by 10% eache. Which it allows you destroy 20 levels infrastructure and 20 tanks.
You can send 2 missiles per day per battle. Cruise missile attacks do not count against standard battle .,
