The Constitution of the Jamahiriya, also known as the Charter of the Jamahiriya, is the basic and supreme law of the Pink sphere Islamo-socialist alliance the Jamahiriya. It is the highest administrative document of the alliance, and overrides any and all contradictory legislation, agreements, or treaties. First promulgated upon the alliance's founding in August 2008, it was severely amended in October of that year.

We, the Islamic Consultative Assembly of the Jamahiriya, recognizing that a sound structure is imperative for the success of any organization, hoping to establish a better government for our organization, believing in the basis of Islamic Socialism for our organization, in order to effect a proper Islamic Socialist Constitution, and, with the approval of the Triumvirate of the Jamahiriya, do hereby ratify in full force the following Constitution of the Jamahiriya.

Section I

Article I
