The Colonial Marianne or Marianne is a European colony of J Andres. It was founded by Alfred and Natalia in 2114 after being effectively exiled from J Andres. Their discovery of Europe afforded them great powers within the J Andres homeland, and they established a colony to help the people of Europe. Natalia, in her right as Princess of Paris, became the ruling royal of the colony.

Colonial Marianne is located in western Europe and has access to the Atlantic Ocean.
History[]
The Athenian Federation once controlled a large territory in Europe. However, the ruling bloodline was extinguished as the Grand Ottoman Empire expanded out of Turkey and captured Greece. In 2032, the Montanari family, a wealthy royal family from Rome, took control of the empire. The Roman Federation fell after the Grand Mexican War and the Federation became fractured.
The flag of Marianne was based on the French flag, but with the blue and red swapped for the blue and maroon of the J Andres flag.
In 2114, the region of France was not economically strong, and when the J Andres colonization team arrived and quickly set up a food production facility similar to the WASL, the inhabitants supported Natalia as their ruler.
Government and Politics[]
Colonial Marianne is a colony of J Andres, and the monarch of J Andres appoints it's ruler. Traditionally, this has been a descendant of Natalia and Alfred.
