Doctrines Doctrines are resolutions made by alliance governments with important implications to the rest of the Cyberverse. They are similar to open treaties, but whereas the latter must be signed by second parties, the former applies to the whole of Planet Bob universally, so long as the resolving alliance has the ability to enforce its will.
