The Boognish Civil War was a civil war that was fought among the among members of Boognish and The Imperial Entente. The civil war started when COBRA accused Tankobite, then Emperor of TIE, of leaking private gov info to Non Grata. The civil war ended with Non Grata destroying COBRA and forcing Boognish to disband during the For Egg War.
Now what really happened, because that paragraph was obviously written by TIE or Non Grata. Boognish attacked The Imperial Entente because there were screenshots of Caustic, a member of NG, quoting verbatim things that were talked about in the Boognish high government room. Later on, during an FTW brokered summit, Stewie confirmed that the leaks were happening from Tankobite to Lyanna. Lucius brokered a peace between Boognish and TIE. TPF offered protection while they settled with their new official ally, Non Grata. There were no "victories" here and the NG-Boognish conflict is a COMPLETELY different one that happened later on.
