The Besaidian Republican Party (BRP), also known as the Republican Party of Grand Besaid, is a political party in Grand Besaid with moderately conservative positions and a conservative ideology. The party was founded by Rachel Tambiena, looking to create a party to accomodate the conservatives of the nation.
The Besaidian Republican Party currently holds 457 seats in the House of Representatives, and 446 seats in the Council of Delegates. Two national ministers also belong to the party, those of Defense and Homeland Security.
The Besaidian Republican Party is the second largest political party in Grand Besaid, by members, endowment, and current seats in the national government. The party favors moderate conservatism. It pushes for smaller government, lower taxes, smaller budgets, and more socially conservative positions.
