Ben Duggan is the President of Detchitoria, first elected in 2171. He was a banker in Chicago, but was a relatively newcomer to politics. His campaign was largely sponsored[1] by Aurelia and many in the international community consider him to be a pawn of King Antonio II. This was especially true after he granted an exclusive contract to Cordoban Minerals within his first week in office[2].
