Aschaffen States is a growing, developing, and maturing nation at 70 days old with citizens primarily of Caucasian ethnicity whose religion is Buddhism. It is a backwards nation when it comes to technology and many refer to it unkindly as a 'Third World Nation'. Its citizens pay extremely high taxes and many despise their government as a result. The citizens of Aschaffen States work diligently to produce Cattle and Iron as tradable resources for their nation. It is a mostly neutral country when it comes to foreign affairs. It will usually only attack another nation if attacked first. Aschaffen States is currently researching nuclear technology for the use of nuclear power plants but believes nuclear weapons should be banned. The military of Aschaffen States has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. Aschaffen States allows its citizens to openly protest their government, even if it means violence. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Aschaffen States believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gives foreign aid when it can, but looks to take care of its own people first. Aschaffen States will not make deals with another country that has a history of inhuman treatment of its citizens.
First 100 Days[]
The Nation of Aschaffen States has matured slowely, but steadily. After ending a recent war in a stalemate, it has found itself in a national state of anarchy, but is better off technologically than it had been. The country grew, & experienced the game at first through many government positions at Paix, but, after several unexpected events occurred, it found itself needing to resign, & go its own way, however, the alliance remains strong, even without a core member. The Nation hopes to soon co-found a successful alliance in the maroon sphere, & make a name for itself within the next hundred days.
