Arcadia is a small, newly formed nation in Eastern Europe. The nation's ruler is JosephM, a wealthy ruler who took power after the fall of Communism in the area.
The nation has a small military at present, but the people of Arcadia hope to see military growth in the coming months and years. The nation is part of the TENE alliance which is protected by Ragnarok. However, the nation of Arcadia is a somewhat individual one and is expected to increase power and grow financially so that it may form a new alliance with its own ideals. Planning has been an ongoing process for Arcadia's government but no action is expected to be taken for several years, or until the government agree that they are a financially stable nation with a powerful military presence.
