The 2011 Anyplace General Election took place with 50 more seats than the previous election, so many parties made gains, although some parties did lose seats, like the Peace Before War party and the Anyplace Nationalists, many gained as expected. That said, some didn't do as well as opinion polls expected and others did better.

The resulting government was a coalition between the Peoples First Party and the Democrats, as it was at the end of the 2009 election, although the PFP would have been able to hold a majority regardless of having they support of the Democrats, the leader, Jack Rowland MP, felt it best to form a government with the Democrats once again.
The turnout of the election was 73% of the population of 48,505 registered voters.
