Mayas is a growing, developing, and established nation with citizens primarily of Mixed ethnicity whose religion is Jainism. It is a backwards nation when it comes to technology and many refer to it unkindly as a 'Third World Nation'. Its citizens enjoy freedom from high taxation and as a result tend to earn more money. The citizens of Mayas work diligently to produce Aluminum and Lumber as tradable resources for their nation. It is an aggressive country that some say has an itch for war. It believes nuclear weapons are necessary for the security of its people. The military of Mayas has been positioned at all border crossings and is arresting all drug traffickers. Mayas allows its citizens to protest their government but uses a strong police force to monitor things and arrest lawbreakers. It has an open border policy, but in order for immigrants to remain in the country they will have to become citizens first. Mayas believes in the freedom of speech and feels that it is every citizen's right to speak freely about their government. The government gives whatever is necessary to help others out in times of crisis, even if it means hurting its own economy. Mayas has no definite position on trade relations.

Anubis66 first applied to join the New Pacific Order on December 13, 2011, just one day after his nation was created. Anubis66 received numerous recruiting messages. The one that appealed most to him was the one from the NPO.

Taeyeon approved of his application on December 15, 2011. After his application was accepted, Anubis66 became an NPO Cadet and attended the Imperial Academy, where the lessons ranged from NPO history and culture to how to play Cyber Nations and many others. He then took the final exam on December 21, 2011, and was welcomed as a full member of the New Pacific Order.
