The United Provinces is divided into 127 counties headed by a county council charged with the administration of their respective county. The counties are then further divided in 375 boroughs, headed by borough councils which deal with local issues. The current administrative organisation of the United Provinces was introduced in the National Government Act, 2010 and Local Government Act, 2010 which established the United Provinces as a unitary state with all state powers being transffered to the central government, located in London.
