The TPF-NPO War began when The Phoenix Federation attacked the New Pacific Order around Valentine's Day 2016. The attack was a response to TPF being attacked by their long-time ally preemptively in the Oculus–MI6 War, which was viewed by some on Planet Bob as cold-hearted at best, and treacherous at worst. The DoW by TPF was accompanied by a cancellation of all treaties, and generally considered a disbandment by TPF via a war on their oldest ally/newest enemy.
