The Chairman of the Senate of the Prussian Empire (German: Vorsitzender des Senats der Reichsgründung) is the Imperial Dominion of Prussia's leader of the Senate

As according to the Charter of the Empire, the office of Chairman of the Senate is held by one of the 100 Senators elected. He is chosen through a vote in the Senate from 3 candidates nominated by the Chief of General Staff. The Chairman is responsible for the general management of the Senate. Some of these duties include: the approving of bills for voting, signing approved bills to pass to the Chief of General Staff, and the maintenance of order within the Senate. He may be removed from his post by the Chief of General Staff if he fails to properly meet his duties.

The current Chairman, Heinrich Kern, was appointed on April 15, 2009, 5 days after the first general election. He was reelected for a second term during the elections of June 2011.
