The Cinematic Society of Directors (CSD) is an organization that is composed of directors and executives of movies produced and sold in the United States of JBR. The Cinematic Society of Directors is headquartered in Hollywood, Angeles, JBR—a city that was one the hub of the movie industry. The Cinematic Society of Directors is led by a Chief Director Officer (CDO) and a Council of Elected Executives (CEE). The Cinematic Society of Directors is a special invite-only organization which focuses on sharing ideas, criticizing or praising works, and be the official word in the movie industry of JBR as a whole. The Cinematic Society of Directors is currently led by Terry Steward; she directed and produced over 15 movies throughout her lifetime both before and after the establishment of JBR and won a total of 26 individual Academy Award trophies. CSD is considered the "government" of the movie industry of JBR.
The Cinematic Society of Directors meets at the Kodak Theater and hosts the Cinematic Society of Directors' Awards Ceremony yearly (their inaugural one debuting this February). The CSD is a partner of the Television Commission Society (TCS), the CSD equivalent to the TV along with partnering with the Gaming Software Production Society (GSPS); which concentrates on gaming.
